Street noise is disruptive, especially late into the night, impacting sleep quality.

Hotel Buena Vista offered a clean, well-maintained room with comfortable bedding and a lovely balcony. The highlight was the delicious breakfast buffet featuring made-to-order eggs and a friendly atmosphere. The rooftop pool was a charming retreat after a day of exploring.

my stay at buena vista was a major disappointment. first, no towels were in my bathroom, then the bed was short-sheeted. at a place like this, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I received nothing. I almost considered giving a good review but simply couldn’t.

the noise from the street was pretty bad especially at night. but the pool on the rooftop was super nice, and breakfast buffet was really tasty. staff was super friendly and got us in early for check-in!

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making our stay so memorable. The space was clean and perfectly designed to accommodate our family of nine, and we loved the local food options available. The staff were genuinely welcoming and made our kids feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was super clean and had awesome hot water. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The location is perfect—plenty of places to eat and grab drinks nearby. Just a bit noisy at night, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Covered parking was a nice plus!

Just a reliable pick for a lightning stop in Bucaramanga with great value. The staff went out of their way to help us with directions and even suggested great local spots to eat. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise, as it can get a bit loud at night.

The suite was spacious with a living area, and the staff provided excellent support during my stay. The kitchen area was well-suited for basic needs. Although the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, it was functional. I appreciated the hotel's meeting facilities which were beneficial for my work. The restaurant offered adequate food at a reasonable price, enhancing my experience.
